The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh provides young people ages 6 to 18 with a safe place to learn and grow after school and during the summer. The Club offers a dynamic learning environment that includes fun and impactful age-appropriate programs focused on developing healthy lifestyles, good character and citizenship, and academic success.

Plus, Club members enjoy mentoring by caring adult professionals, free, healthy meals, and outstanding facilities, all for an annual fee of only $25 per child. No child is turned away due to an inability to pay. During the school year, the Club serves a snack and dinner to members and in the summer breakfast, lunch and a snack are served.

How to Become a Member

You can now use our Parent Portal to sign up to be a member and register for Club programming (including non-school days, early release field trips, Spring Break) – Register online at parentportal.bgcosh.org.

A hard copy of our membership form can be obtained at our Radford Center front desk. A Scholarship Application may also be submitted by those with the inability to pay the annual membership fee. A hard copy can be obtained at our Radford Center front desk. Your child can join the Club at any time during the year, however, all Club memberships renew annually on September 1. Non-members between the ages of 6 and 18 years old may visit the Club once, but will be required to get a membership for subsequent visits. Club Fees

Annual Membership Fee

Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh membership is annual and all memberships are renewed on September 1. Club membership fees are $25 for the first child, $15 for the second child and $10 for any additional children, not to exceed $50 per family.

Non-School Day Fees

The Club has additional daily fees for non-school days for K-6th grade. Grades 7-12 are free and do not need to register. If you need a scholarship please call 920-233-1414 and do NOT register online.

Spring Break Week Fees

There are separate, additional fees for kids K-6th Grade to attend Spring Break Week March 21-25, 2022 at the Club. Grades 7-12 are free and do not need to register. If you need a scholarship please call 920-233-1414 and do NOT register online.

Summer 2022 Fees for Ages 5-12 – Radford and Quest Programs at the Club, Peace Lutheran Church Adventure Program

The Club has additional fees for summer which are charged per week, not per day, which means the cost is the same whether your child comes 3 or 5 days a week. Each family will be allowed 1 vacation week without charge. *The Great Explorers Program will not run at the Club this summer due to renovations to the downtown building. Ages 5-6 will go to our program at Peace Lutheran Church.

Summer 2022 Fees for Teens (13-18)

Teens are free, but registration is still suggested. There may be a $5-$20 fee to go on field trips you teen may attend. Please visit our summer page for more information on programming.

Scholarships

The Club offers scholarships for weekly fees to families who have financial hardship. You can access the scholarship application here. Completed applications can be submitted to the Radford Center front desk.
