Character & Etiquette - Class 1

Event Details

The Character & Etiquette program is for Club girls ages 7-10 (capped at 60 participants, preferably girls who have not participated in the past) consisting of 6 classes that run during the summer and are taught by friends of the Club. The goal of the program is to instill good character, leadership and healthy life skills in young girls. The classes in the program cover a variety of topics including healthy self-esteem (confidence and empowerment), positive values (showing respect, being kind to others), healthy lifestyles (exercising and eating well), setting goals (working hard in school, dreaming big), and proper manners (including etiquette for tea).

In order to participate in this program, your child must be a current member of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and you must sign up your child online by June 19th to participate. They are not automatically enrolled even if they are enrolled in the summer program. There is NO cost for girls to participate in any aspect of the program including their attendance at the Afternoon Tea.
