The Director of Mentoring Services is responsible for developing successful relationships with at risk Club members and other selected Oshkosh area students of middle and high school age to engage them to participate and succeed in the Be Great Graduate Mentoring program. The Director is responsible for developing and providing an educational enrichment atmosphere for at least 20 students and oversee services to 60 other students, fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, psychological, academic growth, and personal wellness with a specific plan for success. The Director is responsible for organizing and implementing the Be Great Graduate Mentoring Program based on the established curriculum, outcomes, and measurements agreed upon in the grant proposal. The Director is responsible for tracking current volunteer mentors on a one to one basis, as well as monitoring and tracking progress on each student in the program. Promote the components of health, wellness and fitness based on the organization’s strategic plan. It is the responsibility of all staff to help cultivate and maintain positive donor relationships. Hours vary. During the school year 10am-6:00pm, 9am-5:30pm during summer hours. This is a salaried position and it is understood that there may be hours required outside of those listed here.
