Teen Center – Lead Staff

Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh provides after-school care to over 700 youth in the Oshkosh area.  We are currently looking for a Teen Center Lead Staff person to work with 7th – 12th graders at The Club Teen Center!

Responsibilities include:

• Driving a Club van to pick students up from school and for field trips
• Planning programs members are excited to participate in
• Creating of a fun and safe environment for enrolled youth

Working hours for the Teen Center Lead are 2:00 – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday (must be available at least 4 days per week during these hours).

The starting pay rate for this role is $15.00 per hour

Additional information/requirements:

• This role is a mandated child abuse reporter.
• Must have an acceptable driving record in accordance with insurance requirements.
• Previous experience working with middle- and high-school aged youth strongly preferred.
• Must be able to interact physically with children during program activities.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
