Bonnie Behnke serves as the Director of Development at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for community engagement and decades of experience in relationship-building and philanthropy. She is known for her integrity-driven, results-focused approach to fundraising and donor relations. A proud recipient of the Fox Valley Technical College Outstanding Alumni Award in 2020, Bonnie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lakeland College. Throughout her career, she has been committed to improving the lives of local families, lending her time and talent to numerous organizations, including Southwest Rotary, PALS, the Oshkosh Community Foundation, the Women’s Fund, Junior Achievement and Excellence in Leadership. Bonnie and her husband have called Oshkosh home for over 35 years. They have two adult children and are proud grandparents to three young grandchildren—Olivia, Theo and Isabella—who bring endless joy to their lives. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys long walks with her dog, perennial gardening, outdoor concerts, traveling and making memories with family and friends.
