Jessica joined the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team in December 2024. Jessica, an Oshkosh native and 2006 Lourdes graduate, earned a Bachelor’s in Professional Communications from Alverno College in 2009. She began her career as an Admissions Counselor at the Wisconsin Challenge Academy, mentoring at-risk youth. Inspired by this work, she enlisted in the Army Reserves in 2011 and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer specializing in Human Resources and Career Counseling. Jessica has extensive experience in veteran advocacy, workforce development, and community engagement. She managed veteran employment programs, organized career events, and led initiatives in veteran employment and entrepreneurship as Wisconsin’s Statewide Veterans Field Representative. As the founder of Network Nexus, she built a 700+ member networking group fostering collaboration and events. A passionate traveler, Jessica has visited all 50 states and 15 countries, enjoying unique adventures worldwide. She is also the founder of Whimsical Celebrations LLC, focusing on event planning and decoration. Currently pursuing dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration, she continues to support veterans, assist with resumes, and promote local businesses. Jessica is thrilled to serve as the Director of Teen Services & Workforce Readiness for the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, where she looks forward to empowering teens and strengthening community partnerships.
