Madisen Davis joined the Boys & Girls Club in August 2026 as the Graduate and Career Specialist at Oshkosh North High School. Her passion for youth development began during college while working at the YMCA Youth Center of La Crosse, where she built meaningful relationships with young people and helped them achieve their goals and aspirations. Madisen earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.

Through her studies, she developed a deeper understanding of the challenges facing at-risk youth and the importance of implementing social-emotional learning (SEL) at an early age to help set students up for future success. She plans to pursue a master’s degree to become a school social worker. Madisen believes that working with youth is incredibly meaningful because the impact goes beyond helping students and continues to shape her perspective and growth.
