🎉 Welcome, Tami Doering to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team! 🎉

Tami is the Clubs new Executive Administrative Services Coordinator. She brings a wealth of experience in community engagement and operations management. For the past five years, she worked at Town Square in Green Lake, a local non-profit community center housed in a beautifully restored historic building. She started as the program coordinator and later became the operations manager. During her time there, she helped create and oversee a variety of programs for both adults and children, including Dino Daze, which introduced the excitement of dinosaurs and archaeology to the community.

Before moving to Oshkosh, Tami spent six years in Green Lake and 25 years in Colorado. Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, she has deep roots in the state—both of her parents grew up on dairy farms. She and her husband were excited to return to Wisconsin to be closer to family.

In her free time, Tami enjoys exploring Wisconsin’s natural beauty with her husband and their two dogs, especially in Door County and the state parks. Their latest adventure is seeking out cheese factories to discover new varieties to try. She also has a passion for photography and looks forward to capturing the region’s gardens and wild landscapes. Tami is excited to get to know Oshkosh and all it has to offer!

Tami says, Working at the Boys & Girls Club is a great way to give back to the community. I believe that children should have every opportunity to grow up with opportunities to fulfill their dreams.

Let’s give Tami a warm welcome! 💙
