About the Alumni Association

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh Alumni Association, Inc. was started in 1981 by alumni Jamie Wilcox and Wally Graffen. The alumni continue to be very active and today boast more than 100 members. They meet regularly and frequently fund raise for the Club.

Over the course of several decades, the alumni’s many fundraising projects have resulted in large donations to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh.

In recent years, donations have averaged $10,000 annually. To date, alumni have donated countless hours of volunteer time (more than 100,000 by the Club’s count) and gifted more than $600,000 to the Club.

The Association’s Vision

The Alumni Association’s passion is to support the Club’s mission of serving young people by ensuring the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is there for youth of the future, just like it was there for each of them.

The association’s motto is “Youth of Yesterday Helping the Youth of Today Become Better Citizens of Tomorrow.”
