Director of Finance

The Director of Finance role is a full-time, salaried position. It includes full-time benefits including PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and insurance.

The Director of Finance plans, organizes and directs financial operations for the organization. Develops annual budget, establishes internal controls and ensures all financial activities adhere to government regulations, Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh policy and generally accepted accounting principles. Manages all financial functions including: accounting, financial operations, property management, insurance coverage, legal requirements, and grant records/reports.

Business management functions, including vendor negotiations, building positive relationships with Board members, donors, staff, and volunteers.

This position has one direct report, an Accounting Clerk.

Field Trip Assistant

Assist Trip supervisor with trip preparation, volunteers and member needs to make sure trips are safe and enjoyable. Promote the components of health, wellness and fitness. It is the responsibility of every staff member to cultivate and maintain positive donor relationships.

Summer Lead Staff

Supervise group of children in a classroom setting and manage the group throughout the day to various rooms and food services. Classroom ages range from 6-12 years old. Promote the components of health, wellness and fitness. It is the responsibility of every staff member to cultivate and maintain positive donor relationships.

Program Staff “The CLUB” Teen Center

Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities provided in the Teen Center, such as Education, Computer Lab, Arts & Crafts and Physical Education. Provide transportation using Club issued vehicles to transport youth from schools to the Club.

Summer Field Trip Bus Driver

The Field Trip Bus Driver is responsible for driving primarily the 32 passenger bus and on occasion the Club van. The driver is responsible for transporting members from the Club to field trips and camp throughout the summer.

CLC Classroom Assistant

Classroom Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of supportive services to students enrolled in the after-school program in order to carry out the program goals. Classroom Assistant is also responsible for implementing the daily activities of the site.

Classroom Lead is responsible for implementing the daily activities of the site, and general supervision/management of the children in the after school program with the support and supervision of the Site Director and CLC Director.
