The Club’s summer programs give youth ages 6-18 a safe and affordable place to go all day during the week while parents are at work. The Club offers a dynamic learning environment that includes fun and impactful age-appropriate programs, mentoring by caring adult professionals, free, healthy meals, and outstanding facilities. Youth enjoy coming to the Club in the summer and making lifelong friendships, all while learning the appropriate skills to become responsible young adults!

June 8th – August 21st, closed July 3rd
Monday-Friday, 7:00-am-5:30pm
A registration fee of $25 /child will be due when registering for summer.
$120/week for the 1st child
$100/week for additional children
A registration fee of $25 /child will be due when registering for summer.
There will be a $10 monthly fee per teen member for the summer.
During the summer, we enroll by age, not school grade.
Ages 6-8 will be in the Radford program, with program rooms located in the Head Start building and the Radford Center.
Ages 9-11 be in the Quest Program.
Ages 12-18 will be in the Teen Center.
Registration will begin in late February on the new parent portal website. The summer registration will occur in the following sequence:
Siblings attending the club for the first time can register when their older siblings do.
A registration fee of $25 /child will be due when registering for summer.
Families receive 1 week of no payment (vacation week) during summer. This is for a M-F of no attendance during 1 week. The vacation week cannot be split.
Late Fee: There is a late fee for pick up after 5:30 p.m.
A two weeks notice needs to be given to stop payments or to unenroll a child from a program. Refunds are not available for summer fees and pre-payments.

Breakfast, lunch and a snack are served to all Club members daily during the summer. Breakfast** is served between 8:15 – 9:15 a.m., lunch** is served between 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and snack is served between 2:15 – 3:45 p.m.
**Breakfast and Lunch are provided by The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), which is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and is administered by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. This program provides nutritious meals to children (Club members and non-Club members) during the summer when free and reduced-price school meals are typically unavailable. Free meals will be made available to children 18 years of age and under. Persons over 18 years of age who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled and who also participate in a public or private non-profit school program during the regular school year may receive free meals as well.
The following Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh locations serve free meals over the summer to both Club members and non-Club members: 501 E Parkway Ave. in Oshkosh. Meals are provided to eligible children regardless of race, color, national origin, age, gender or disability and there will be no discrimination in the course of meal service.

Members get the opportunity to enjoy at least one field trip per week during our summer program. Additional fees may apply for some of our field trips. Youth get to visit local parks, pools and beaches, nature centers, water parks, zoos and more!
The Club partners with Building Brighter Smiles and the Tri-County Community Dental Clinic to provide dental care to qualifying Club members, including basic cleanings, x-rays, sealants, and other more comprehensive dental services. Tri-County Dental will be visiting this summer to provide free dental care on their mobile clinic for qualified Club members.
Your child they can receive free dental care at our Club site if:
– Is eligible for free or reduced cost lunch
– Or has a Forward Health card from Medicaid (Badger Care)
– And DOES NOT have private dental insurance or receive care at another dental clinic

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh offers a state-licensed summer program for the Omro Area School District students. Programming will include arts & crafts, gross motor activities, STEM activities, field trips, Library Club, Picnics in the Parks, and much more.
Dates:
(Closed July 3rd & July 4th)
Ages 5-12 (5-year-olds must have completed kindergarten or have been in our 4k program)
Session 1: $65 per week, additional children are $45 per week
Session 2: $90.00 per week, additional children are $70 per week

How To Register:
Membership to the Club is required to join us for the summer and must be paid before registering. Head to parentportal.bgcosh.org to sign up for membership. Scholarships are available based on household income.
Dues Dates:
Week of Feb 24th – All Fees are shown on the portal
April 4th – 1st Week’s payment due
Scholarships are available for qualifying families. You may download and print the Scholarship form here and return your completed form to Katrina Gesell. If your child is ages 5-6, county assistance can be applied for. Forms are due by February 21.
