Our Youth Development Professionals are the people who help make the Club feel like the Club. They build relationships with members, lead activities, encourage kids to try new things, and create a place where youth feel safe, supported, and welcome.
Whether it’s helping with homework, leading a game, getting creative with an art project, or simply being someone a member can count on, the little moments can make a big difference. 💙

Join them next year for the Sawyer Golf Outing on Saturday, September 18th, 2027!Thank you to everyone who came out for the annual Sawyer Golf Outing this past Saturday. First time ever, we were rained out, but that didn't stop us from having fun. We were able to raise $8,000 for the Boys & Girls Club Oshkosh, Camp Radford.

Construction Week was full of building, creativity, and a little friendly competition in Radford! 🏗️🔨
Our members explored all kinds of ways to build and create, from edible houses and UNO card towers to Magna-Tile blueprints, car and track designs, cup stacking, and building in Dojo Island. Each activity gave them a chance to think creatively, try new ideas, and see what they could make.
We loved seeing our members put their imaginations to work and have fun while building along the way! 💙 ...

Join us this Wednesday, September 23 at the Community Center for Part 1 of a 3-part series with Empower Freedom!
They will share practical strategies to help families:
✨ Reduce everyday stress
✨ Build children’s independence and confidence
✨ Better understand executive functioning
✨ Move from constant reminders toward independence
🍽️ Dinner: 5:00–5:30 PM
📚 Program & Childcare: 5:30–6:30 PM
