Our Youth Development Professionals are the people who help make the Club feel like the Club. They build relationships with members, lead activities, encourage kids to try new things, and create a place where youth feel safe, supported, and welcome.
Whether it’s helping with homework, leading a game, getting creative with an art project, or simply being someone a member can count on, the little moments can make a big difference. 💙

Summer days call for swimming! ☀️💦
Throughout the summer, members from different Club groups have made their way to the Weyauwega City Swimming Lake during their Camp Radford visits. Our members loving being able to cool off, splash around with friends, and have some fun on the water inflatables.
And if they’re lucky, the day ends with ice cream!

Our teens took learning on the road! 🚌
Teens from the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and Boys & Girls Club of Fond du Lac recently traveled to Washington, D.C.. Together, they explored some of the most historic and meaningful places in our nation’s capital, including the U.S. Capitol, Arlington National Cemetery, the Smithsonian museums, and the many memorials throughout the National Mall.
There was a lot to see, a lot of walking, and plenty of moments that sparked conversations and new perspectives. For many of our teens, getting to experience these places in person made the history they’ve learned about feel a little more real.
We’re incredibly grateful to the Herb Kohl Philanthropies & Herb Kohl Educational Foundation for providing a grant that helped make this experience possible and for investing in opportunities that allow young people to learn, explore, and see more of the world beyond their own community. ... Summer has been busy for our Omro and Winneconne members! ☀️💙
Members have been enjoying a variety of exciting field trips, including a day cheering on the Timber Rattlers, exploring hands on exhibits at Discovery World, and getting outside at 1000 Islands Environmental Center.
Each trip gave our members a chance to experience something new, spend time with friends, and make memories along the way. Whether they were watching a baseball game, discovering something they had never seen before, or exploring the outdoors, there was plenty of fun and curiosity along the way!

The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park was a hit with our members! ☀️
Our Omro and Winneconne members and our Radford members each got their own day at the NEW Zoo this summer. They explored, checked out the animals, walked the trails, and of course, had plenty of fun with their friends along the way.
It’s always fun watching kids get excited about something as simple as spotting an animal they’ve never seen up close or discovering something new around the next corner. We’re glad our members got to enjoy a couple of great summer days at the zoo! 💙 ... See MoreSee Less

Our Radford members and staff settled an important summer question with a good old fashioned water balloon fight. There was plenty of running, laughing, dodging, and definitely no shortage of water!
