Who knew learning about the weather could be this much fun? 🌤️⛈️
Last week, our Character & Empowerment Class welcomed FOX 11 Meteorologist Audrey Leigh for an afternoon of weather, STEM, and hands-on challenges that had our Club girls asking questions, building, laughing, and learning every step of the way.
Audrey shared what it's really like to be a meteorologist, from tracking storms and delivering forecasts to helping keep our communities safe. Then, the girls put their own problem-solving skills to the test by designing houses that could stand up to "storm-force" winds, playing weather trivia, and learning how to stay safe during Wisconsin's wild weather.
One of the biggest takeaways? Knowledge is powerful. Understanding how weather works can turn something that feels scary into something we can prepare for with confidence.
Thank you, Audrey, for sharing your passion, encouraging our girls to stay curious, and showing them that asking questions today could lead to an exciting career tomorrow. We can't wait to see where their curiosity takes them! 💙
We're just 2 weeks away from Afternoon Tea, where we'll come together to celebrate and invest in opportunities like these that help girls discover their passions, build confidence, and dream big. What an exciting day for Boys & Girls Clubs across Wisconsin! 💚💛💙
We're thrilled to celebrate the new multi-year partnership between the Green Bay Packers and Thrivent, which will spotlight Boys & Girls Clubs during the Packers' Home Opener and support youth across our state.
Following yesterday's announcement, employees from the Packers and Thrivent packed 1,500 snack bags for kids throughout Wisconsin. We're also proud that our CEO, Tracy Ogden, was there representing the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh as President of the Boys & Girls Club Wisconsin State Alliance.
Thank you to the Green Bay Packers and Thrivent for investing in Wisconsin's next generation! 🏈💙 ... See MoreSee Less

There’s nothing quite like a day at the lake! 🎣💙
Our Quest members recently had the opportunity to spend the day fishing—casting lines, learning new skills, celebrating each catch, and making memories with friends along the way. Whether it was their first time holding a fishing pole or they were already a seasoned angler, everyone had a great time enjoying the outdoors together.
A heartfelt thank you to Art Dumke and Beth Lippert for coordinating this incredible experience, Devon Hudek for helping everything run smoothly on the day of the trip, and to all of the wonderful fishermen who shared their time, patience, and passion with our members. Your generosity helped create a day our youth will be talking about for a long time. 🐟☀️ ... See MoreSee Less

💙 Empowerment starts with believing in yourself—and having people who believe in you, too.
Throughout the summer, girls in our Character & Empowerment program discover new strengths, build confidence, and learn that their voices matter. Afternoon Tea is a special opportunity to celebrate that growth alongside family, friends, and our community.
A heartfelt thank you to our Empower Sponsor, Menasha Corporation, for investing in experiences that encourage young girls to lead with confidence, kindness, and courage. Your support helps create meaningful moments that remind every girl she is capable of great things.
Join us on Wednesday, July 29, at the Gibson Social Club for an inspiring afternoon of tea, lunch, and stories from these incredible young leaders. We'd love to celebrate with you! 🌸
