WineFeast is the Boys & Girls Club’s premier wine and food pairing event, as well as one of Oshkosh’s most popular and well-attended fundraisers. 100% of proceeds from WineFeast will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh.

Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel will offer a group rate $99.99/night plus taxes and a discount of 5% for total room revenue under the Boys & Girls Club WineFeast RATE CODE

WineFeast is a two-part event:

Cellar Select 

Cellar Select, sponsored by Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center, begins at 5:00 p.m. and provides a fine wine and dining experience with an opportunity to socialize in a relaxing environment.

Cellar Select Experience Includes:
  • A relaxing sit-down 5-course dinner and wine pairing
  • A full-access pass to the Night Cap after party
  • A live and silent auction
  • A complimentary Riedel red wine glass

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for a champagne reception. The evening program starts promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Night Cap

Join us for Night Cap, a private post-dinner event sponsored by Bergstrom Automotive for Cellar Select guests only, beginning at 8:00 p.m. Guests will sample fine wine, tantalizing brews, and tasty cuisine from area restaurants.

Night Cap Experience Includes:
  • A diverse and delicious selection of wines
  • A stock of domestic and imported beers, as well as non-alcoholic beverages
  • A menu of tasty cuisine from many of the area’s best restaurants
  • A fun silent auction of over 50 items

WineFeast Package (Reservation for 8 guests): $1,200

The package includes eight WineFeast reservations, including a full access pass into the Night Cap after-party and a reserved Cellar Select table. Tables sell out fast. Reserve early. WineFeast packages also include a complimentary 1/2 page ad in the WineFeast evening program. The ad copy deadline is Friday, March 8, 2024.
