WineFeast is the Boys & Girls Club’s premier wine and food pairing event, as well as one of Oshkosh’s most popular and well-attended fundraisers. 100% of proceeds from WineFeast will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh.

Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center will offer a group rate $109.99/night plus taxes under the Boys & Girls Club WineFeast RATE CODE.

WineFeast is a two-part event:

 

Cellar Select 

During Cellar Select, sponsored by Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center, guests will indulge in a luxurious five-course fine dining experience perfectly paired with exceptional wines. Enjoy a champagne toast, an exhilarating live auction, and an inspiring short program featuring our Youth of the Year.

Cellar Select Experience Includes:
  • A champagne reception
  • A relaxing sit-down 5-course dinner and wine pairing
  • A full-access pass to the Night Cap after party
  • A live and silent auction
  • A complimentary Riedel red wine glass

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for a champagne reception. The dinner and evening program starts promptly at 6:00 p.m.

 

Night Cap

Enjoy the Night Cap portion of the evening beginning at 8 p.m. Night Cap, sponsored by Bergstrom Automotive, offers a lively atmosphere where guests can savor fine wines, craft brews, ciders, and delectable bites from local restaurants. Participate in a unique silent auction, exciting raffles, and other engaging activities throughout the night. Night Cap is exclusively for Cellar Select guests.

Night Cap Experience Includes:
  • A diverse and delicious selection of wines
  • A stock of domestic and imported beers, ciders and non-alcoholic beverages
  • A menu of tasty cuisine from many of the area’s best restaurants

  • Enjoy music by the Mike Kubicki Quartet

 

WineFeast Package (Reservation for 8 guests): $1,400

The package includes one Cellar Select table for eight, eight full access passes to Night Cap, eight complimentary Riedel red wine glasses and
a complimentary B&W 1/2-page program ad for the organization. The ad copy deadline is Monday, February 24, 2025.
