Back to School Fair

The Oshkosh Community Back to School Fair provides 1,000 low-income Oshkosh and Winneconne students with backpacks and school supplies needed in order for them to start the year prepared to achieve academic success. Each student also receives a new outfit of school-appropriate clothing, along with socks, underwear, and hygiene items.

A Resource Fair is available at the event giving students and their families an opportunity to learn about community resources available to them. The Tri-County Community Dental Clinic bus as well as local hairstylists are on-site at the Fair to provide dental services and haircuts at no cost to students in attendance.

This unique collaboration brings together community agencies for the greater good of Oshkosh and Winneconne students and helps minimize the duplication of community resources. It also provides families with a “one-stop” experience in preparing for the upcoming school year.

2022 Back to School Fair – August 16th – 18th – Update: WE ARE NOW FULL for this year and cannot take any more families. If your child is a Club member and you still need assistance getting school supplies please contact Danielle Bittelman at danielleb@bgcosh.org or (920) 233-1414

This year’s fair will take place at Oshkosh North High School at 1100 W Smith Ave. Families may NOT just show up. They need to be referred by an agency.
