After-School Programs at the Club

Programs start: September 1, 2026

Monday-Friday
Radford: 2:45 – 6 p.m.
Quest: 2:45 – 6 p.m.
Middle School & Teen: 3:30 – 7 p.m.

7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Non-School Days

May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day
June 1 – 5, 2026 – Staff Training/Summer Program Prep
July 3, 2026 – 4th of July Holiday
August 24 – 31, 2026 – Staff Training/After School Program Prep
November 26 – 27, 2026 – Thanksgiving Holiday
December 23 – 31, 2026 – Christmas Holiday Break
January 1, 2027 – New Years Day

Note: Additional closed dates may be added for staff training or other special circumstances, including a few days at the end of August to prep for the school-year program.

Oshkosh Non-School Days 2026-27

You can register your child for non-school day programs on our Parent Portal. Each non-school day will cost $15 per child. There is no cost for those in the Teen program. The Downtown Oshkosh Club will be open 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, and snack is included. Field trips scheduled on non-school days may incur an additional cost.

Financial assistance applications can be filled out on the new portal when registering for programs. If you need to cancel for any reason, please call the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh at 920-233-1414. If you are not a current Club member please join prior to registering for the non-school day (all youth attending must become a member). You can use our Parent Portal to sign up for membership.

Radford Program: K-2nd Grade

Transportation to the Club

The Club will provides or arranges transportation from several Oshkosh schools to the Boys & Girls Club each afternoon of the school year. There is no transportation home at the end of the program. A yearly membership and enrollment in an after-school program is required to enroll in transportation. Seats available are on a first-come, first-served basis. Transportation is limited and there is no cost, but registration is required for this service.

The City of Oshkosh Public Transportation
All students can take the city bus to the Club at no cost when they show their student ID.

After-School Care

In addition to our Club facilities, the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh offers state-licensed after-school care at several convenient locations. We currently provide programs at Jacob Shapiro and Lakeside Elementary Schools in Oshkosh. We also serve students at Omro Elementary School and Winneconne Elementary School.

BE Great: Graduate Program – For Students at Oshkosh West or Oshkosh North High Schools and Vel Phillips Middle School.
