In partnership with Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, Breakwater will be hosting another FREE Be Courageous Parent Panel Discussion on Tuesday, December 13th from 5:30-730pm (dinner included), This event is for any adult interested in learning more about youth substance use and have their questions answered.
Dinner is 5:30-6:00 p.m., Panel is 6-7:30 p.m.
