Omro 4K Wrap-Around Care

We are now offering 4K Care with the School District of Omro.

4K Care Location:

Programs are located at Omro Elementary School. H.B. Patch children who are signed up for our 4K Wrap-Around Care or 4K After-School Care programs will be transported to Omro Elementary by the school district. The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh offers a range of activities during programs, including art, learning sessions, and field trip opportunities to keep your child engaged. We’re here to keep your kids learning, exploring, and grinning from ear to ear!

4K Care Options and Fees:

Wrap-Around Care is offered weekly from when the 4K a.m. classes are dismissed until 3 p.m. The fee is $60 per week (no daily fee).

We also offer After-School Care for 4K a.m./p.m. classes from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. for a daily fee of $10.

Registration:

Register for 4K Care programs on our Parent Portal at parentportal.bgcosh.org.
If you would like to sign up for both 4K Wrap-Around Care and 4K After-School Care please remember to register for both programs. When registering you must first have a paid Club membership. When using the portal add the membership to your cart along with the program you’re registering for to complete registration. The yearly membership fee is $25.00 for the first child, $15.00 for the second, and $10.00 for the third. Additional children are free. A yearly membership allows a child to enroll in any Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh program. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The programs will also accept childcare assistance like other licensed childcare centers.

Transportation:

The School District of Omro will provide transportation from HB Patch to OES for a.m. 4K Care. They will also provide transportation home for those children that are signed up for the Wrap-Around Care (ending at 3 p.m.).

Meals:

Lunch will not be provided. Parents will need to provide a cold lunch or purchase the school’s hot lunches.
