The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is thankful for all the organizations and individuals that donated and volunteers who gave their time to help bring extra joy to children and families in our community over the holidays.

During Thanksgiving week, the Club hosted a family dinner and served 91 members and their families and gave out an additional 17 ready-made dinners for members to take home. The night before Thanksgiving, Club staff, board members and friends of the Club delivered 37 meals to members and their families.

Thank you to all those that participated or volunteered in the Festival Foods Turkey Trot in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and Oshkosh YMCA. We had over 2,500 participants, and Oshkosh was the first community to fill its volunteer registration this year.

In December our Club was filled with gifts from donors for our Adopt a Family Program. 80 donors contributed Christmas gifts and baskets filled with toiletries, hygiene items and dry goods. Because of these wonderful donors, we were able to make the holidays brighter for 88 families with 220 kids!

In addition, donors have gifted our Club with winter coats and boots, toys, clothing, gift cards and monetary donations this season.
