Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli LLP are pleased to announce Tracy Ogden, CEO at Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh as a 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100. The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion. Collectively the 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100 and their companies employ more than 148,000 individuals and generate $76.4 billion dollars in annual revenues. This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony on January 18th, 2024 at Fiserv Forum, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

In the 53 years that the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh has been operational, Tracy is the first female CEO. Tracy sits on several boards, including Vice President for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Professional Association and Co-Chair of the Women’s Executive Group, Oshkosh Excellence in Leadership board and serves as a mentor to other professionals in the BGC movement and on a local level. Tracy’s passion for the Boys & Girls Club’s mission and her entrepreneurial spirit made a significant impact on the Club throughout her time here. Under Tracy’s leadership, the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is undertaking its largest and most transformation project to date, its Building Expansion & Hyde Family Community Center Project, with Tracy serving as the point person managing the day-to-day details of the project. The campaign for this project is the largest non-profit capital campaign the Fox Valley has seen and the biggest Clubhouse project in the state. Tracy is always focused on doing whatever it takes to better the community for our youth and families.
Tracy has a special combination of energy, friendliness, strong organizational skills, the ability to present in the community, a sense of humor and gracefulness to make donors and volunteers feel welcome and engaged at the Boys & Girls Club, and passion for the mission. Her dedication to getting our Boys & Girls Club to where it is today, to better serve the Oshkosh community, makes her a true Titan of the non-profit industry.
Tracy will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration on January 18th, 2024 at Fiserv Forum, home of the Milwaukee Bucks. This unique cocktail-style awards event will gather 100 Titans of Industry and their guests for an evening unlike anything that exists in the Wisconsin business community.
