Amy Albright joined the Club’s Board of Directors in September 2025. She is a passionate advocate for all things Oshkosh. Since 2017, she currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oshkosh Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she directs sales and marketing efforts, leads key initiatives, champions local culture and connects people with experiences that matter. Before joining the OCVB, Amy built a 20-year career with the YMCA, where she held roles in marketing, membership, public relations, community relations, fundraising and development. Her passion to bring people together and inspire community engagement has been a hallmark of her career. Amy grew up in Oshkosh, where she graduated from Lourdes Academy and then UW-Madison. She is married to her husband Bob Albright, owner of RJ Albright Construction, and is the proud parent of two “kids” in their twenties, Cami and Bobby. Amy is excited to be a small part of the big engine that is the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh. She said, “The work that the Club does to make life better for kids and families, directly makes Oshkosh a better place!”
