Nathan (Nate) Grose joined the Club’s board of directors in December 2023. Nate is currently a Director of Supply Chain at Oshkosh Defense, where he has been employed for over 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he earned his Bachelor of Supply Chain and Operations Management in 2009 and his MBA in 2020, and is a lifelong resident of Oshkosh. Nate has also volunteered through various programs such as the Co-Lead for the Oshkosh Area United Way Campaign. Outside of work, Nate enjoys being involved with his kid’s activities, with his wife Teri, such as Girl Scout Troop and coaching a Lego League team for his daughters.  Nate is also an avid deer hunter and takes pride in managing his own property to build a great habitat for the elusive whitetail. What excites Nate the most about being a board member is to make an impact on today’s youth and “give back time to the community that I have grown up in”.
