The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is pleased to welcome Michelle Rector as its Director of Hyde Family Community Center. The Hyde Family Community Center is part of the Club’s $18M expansion and is expected to open next February.

Michelle joined the Club staff in November 2023 after working in K-12 and University settings, in addition to both non-profit and for-profit organizations in the Oshkosh community for over 20 years. She earned a BA degree in Sociology (social work emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an MS in Student Affairs Administration from Indiana State University. With a strong background in building relationships and strategic partnerships, she works as the Club’s link to the partners in the Hyde Family Community Center. Michelle is involved as a board member of the Oshkosh Youth Symphony, Inc. and the Power Team of the Women’s Fund of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation.
