Did You Know: Dental Care

June 26, 2026

Did you know our members can receive dental care right at the Club thanks to our partnership with Tri-County Dental?

At the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, supporting youth goes beyond programs and activities; it’s about meeting basic needs so kids are ready to learn, grow and thrive. Through our Basic Needs Support services, we help remove barriers that can get in the way of success, including access to food, clothing, hygiene items, mental health support, transportation and healthcare.

That’s why our partnership with Tri-County Dental is such an important part of what we do.

Through this collaboration, Tri-County Dental brings its Mobile Dental Clinic directly to the Club, making dental care more accessible for the families we serve. By coming onsite, they help eliminate common barriers like transportation, scheduling conflicts and cost, ensuring more youth can receive the care they need in a comfortable, familiar place.

Eligible youth who qualify for Free or Reduced-Price School Meals or Medicaid and do not have private dental insurance can receive dental services at no cost through this program.

Services provided through the Mobile Dental Clinic include:

  • Dental screenings and professional cleanings
  • Fluoride varnish treatments
  • Sealants as needed
  • Dental exams and x-rays
  • Restorative care, such as fillings when necessary

These visits are one more way we help support the whole child. When kids have access to basic healthcare like dental care, they’re better able to focus in school, participate in activities and show up as their best selves each day.

The Tri-County Dental Mobile Clinic visits the Club throughout the year, with upcoming onsite dates including June 11, July 7, and August 3. Preventive care will be offered during each visit, with restorative services available during the August clinic for youth who need additional treatment.

We’re grateful for our partnership with Tri-County Dental and their shared commitment to breaking down barriers to care. Together, we’re helping ensure that more kids in our community have what they need to stay healthy, confident, and ready for great futures.
