Put your business in front of hundreds of guests while showing your support for kids and families in our community!
WineFeast brings together approximately 600 community members, business leaders, and supporters for an evening celebrating the impact of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh. Your digital advertisement will be displayed on screens throughout the event, giving your business repeated exposure while guests enjoy the evening.
Many WineFeast guests are eager to support businesses that invest in our community. By advertising at WineFeast, your business helps make a difference for local youth while gaining valuable exposure with community-minded guests.
To purchase an ad for WineFeast, contact Bethany Ferguson, Director of Marketing, at bethanyf@bgcosh.org. Please send advertisements as hi-resolution .jpg, .eps, .ai or .pdf attachments. Advertisements must be submitted no later than Friday, March 26, 2027. The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh cannot guarantee ad placement on ads received after this printing deadline.
Digital Advertising Opportunities
Full-Screen Digital Ad (10″ W × 7.5″ H) — $250
Your business will receive a full-screen advertisement displayed throughout the WineFeast event presentation.
Half-Screen Digital Ad (5″ W × 7.5″ H) — $125
Your business will receive a half-screen advertisement displayed throughout the WineFeast event presentation.
More Exposure After the Event
Your advertisement doesn’t have to disappear when WineFeast ends! A QR code in the WineFeast program book will allow guests to view the digital advertisements, giving your business an additional opportunity to be seen and remembered.

Advertisement Specifications
Digital advertisements will be displayed in 4:3 Powerpoint slide format.
- Full-screen: 10″ W × 7.5″ H (1600 × 1200 px)
- Half-screen: 5″ W × 7.5″ H (800 × 1200 px)
- Accepted file types: JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, or AI
- Please submit high-resolution files for the best display quality.
Are you a sponsor or did you purchase a table? All sponsors receive a full-page ad and all tables receive a half-page ad.
