Welcome Caitlyn Cheslock and Jay Gibson to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team!
Caitlyn is the Club’s Director of Social & Emotional Wellness. She coordinates programming relating to mental wellness, mindfulness, appropriate relationships, and responsibility for actions. Caitlyn is passionate about serving youth and loves learning about and embracing diversity which led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in global studies from the University of Minnesota in 2011. Upon graduation, Caitlyn felt called to do more to serve youth, particularly those at-risk, with a focus on mental health. In 2014, Caitlyn earned her Masters of Science in school counseling from Mount Mary University. After graduating, Caitlyn served as a school counselor for seven years; primarily within Catholic Milwaukee-area schools, and for one year with Green Bay Area Catholic Education. Throughout Caitlyn’s experience, she has had the opportunity to connect with and counsel students from diverse backgrounds while promoting mental health awareness and education. Caitlyn believes that her experience allows her to build positive connections with the members of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh while highlighting their unique strengths and gifts. Caitlyn looks forward to building relationships with youth and their families!

Jay is the Club’s Big Futures Mentoring Coordinator. He is responsible for developing successful relationships with Club members in 6th through 8th grade and volunteer mentors with the goal of helping youth grow academically and develop decision-making and life skills.
