Tracy Ogden Named Future CEO of Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh board of directors is pleased to announce with unanimous recommendation, that Tracy Ogden, the Club’s Vice President of Advancement, will be promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer as of May 11, 2020 with the intent of being named CEO on January 1st, 2021.

This move comes as Marc Dosogne, the Club’s longtime CEO for the past 17 years, plans to retire from his role at the end of 2020. Throughout Dosogne’s term, the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh has grown and thrived, and the board greatly appreciates his leadership and that he has put the Club in a great position to be handed off to his successor.

Tracy is well situated to take on the new CEO role. She has been with the Club for over a decade, during which time she has led the Club’s fund development and marketing department, successfully grown fundraising events, grants, the Club’s annual campaign, our marketing presence in the community and also cultivated donor relationships.

Tracy has also taken leadership roles with facilities renovations in our Oshkosh Club building and at the Club’s summer day camp in New London, Camp Radford. She’s been involved with the Club’s finance, safety, HR, organizational growth and board development committees, as well as helped create our new 3-year strategic plan.

Tracy has also worked closely with Boys & Girls Clubs of America on conferences and committees, including serving as a member of “The Professional Association,” currently serving in the role of Vice President. She has also been recognized by Boys & Girls Clubs of America by winning several regional and national awards.

Tracy is passionate about the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and its mission and is perfectly situated to serve as CEO a year from now. The Club’s board of Directors stands ready to support Tracy in this future leadership role and looks forward to the next chapter in our 50-year history in Oshkosh.
