Kiley joined the Boys & Girls Club in October 2023 and has served in both Assistant and Lead Teacher roles within the CLC after-school programs. Since starting, she has built meaningful relationships with students and focuses on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where youth feel encouraged to learn and grow. Her daily work with students has strengthened her passion for youth development, mentorship, and helping young people build confidence in themselves. Kiley earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills that she brings into her work each day. She is passionate about creating positive experiences and opportunities that support youth growth and success. In her role as Director of Mentoring, Kiley is excited to support students in a deeper way by fostering meaningful mentoring relationships and personal development opportunities. She believes strong connections and consistent support can make a lasting impact in young people’s lives and is grateful to continue serving the Club community. Outside of work, Kiley enjoys board and card games, spending time with her husband and family, cooking, and working on puzzles.
