Bethany Ferguson joined the team at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh in the spring of 2022 as the Club’s Development & Grants Coordinator and stepped into the role of Director of Marketing in March 2025. Bethany attended the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Professional Communication. During her time at UWSP, she served as a PR/Marketing Intern with the Boys & Girls Club of Portage County, where she first discovered her passion for the Boys & Girls Club mission.

In her role, Bethany combines creativity, storytelling, and community connection to help share the mission and impact of the Club. She especially enjoys finding meaningful ways to highlight the stories of members, staff, and supporters who make the organization so special.

Outside of work, Bethany loves reading, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and taking on creative and crafty projects.
