Jay Gibson

Jay Gibson is the Club’s Big Futures Mentoring Coordinator. He is responsible for developing successful relationships with Club members in 6th through 8th grade and volunteer mentors with the goal of helping youth grow academically and develop decision-making and life skills.

Jay is a 1994 graduate of UW Whitewater with a degree in communication. He spent 20 years in sales and customer service and has 30 years of experience as a youth volunteer in multiple capacities. He feels extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with the amazing staff and members at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin through his position.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rita (Vitale) Gibson and his sons, Jack and Sam.
