Lauren is from Oconomowoc, WI where she lived with her parents and two brothers until she came to Oshkosh in 2012 for school. She has been a staff member of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh since 2013. She began her career with the Club working at our Oshkosh School District after-school programs first as a 5 and 6-year-old teacher for our Great Explorers summer program for 5 years, then as a CLC Coordinator at Tipler Middle School. While working at the Club, she earned her Bachelor’s in Human Services and Leadership from UW Oshkosh. Most recently she moved from her role as our Middle School Coordinator to Director of Club Programming. In this role, Lauren oversees all programming for our Radford and Quest programs.
