Michelle Rector joined the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team in November 2023 as the Club’s Director of Hyde Family Community Center. She brings over 20 years of experience working in K–12 and university settings, as well as in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations throughout the Oshkosh community. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a social work emphasis from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Indiana State University. With a strong foundation in relationship-building and strategic collaboration, Michelle serves as the Club’s key liaison to partners within the Hyde Family Community Center. Deeply invested in youth and community engagement, Michelle is an active board member of the Oshkosh Youth Symphony, Inc. and a member of the Power Team for the Women’s Fund of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys baking, cooking, traveling and spending time with her beloved collection of nieces and nephews.
