Michelle Rector joined the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team in November 2023 as the Club’s Director of Hyde Family Community Center. She brings over 20 years of experience in K–12 and university settings, non-profit, and for-profit organizations throughout the Oshkosh community. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a social work emphasis from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Indiana State University. With a strong foundation in relationship-building and strategic collaboration, Michelle serves as the Club’s liaison to Community  partners in the Hyde Family Community Center and Club. Deeply invested in youth and community engagement, Michelle is an active member of the Power Team for the Women’s Fund of the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, going on adventures with her partner Mark, friends, and family.
