Hillary joined the Club’s Board of Directors in May of 2024. Hillary is the Vice President of Human Resources at Werner Electric Supply and has nearly 30 years of human resources experience. Originally from Lac du Flambeau in northern Wisconsin, she has lived in Oshkosh for 25 years. Hillary and her partner Jim enjoy traveling, hiking, boating and spending as much time outdoors with family and friends, especially at their cabin in northern Wisconsin. She has an adult son, Parker, who lives in Colorado and an Australian Labradoodle, Boomer, who lives primarily on a cushy couch. Hillary has a passion for giving back to the communities where she lives and works and is a past and present board member of other organizations in Oshkosh and the Fox Valley. She looks forward to being an active board member and both supporting the leadership and staff of BGCO and especially to having a positive impact on the lives of children in Oshkosh.
