Elvin joined the team in March 2025 as the Director of Teen Services & Workforce Readiness, bringing a deep commitment to empowering young people to grow and thrive. With a background in higher education, he brings years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and guiding students toward achieving their career goals across various industries.

Originally from New Jersey, Elvin earned his degree in Business Administration from Bloomfield College and built a career dedicated to helping others reach their full potential. Passionate about mentoring teens and fostering a strong, supportive community, he is eager to create meaningful opportunities through collaboration, impactful events, professional development, and career planning. Now based in Wisconsin, Elvin enjoys exploring the state with his wife and two German Shepherds.
