Hailey Tanem joined the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh in 2025, originally serving as the Quest Desk Supervisor. Her dedication to the Club’s mission quickly led her into her current role as a Graduation and Career Specialist at Oshkosh North High School. Driven by a lifelong passion for helping others, Hailey is currently completing her degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. To prepare for her long-term goal of founding her own nonprofit organization, she is also pursuing additional business coursework to pair her heart for service with strong leadership skills. Outside of the Club, Hailey is a writer at heart with a love for both books and poetry. She is an avid hiker and traveler who enjoys exploring the outdoors. Hailey lives in Oshkosh with her fiancé and their four cats and she has a particular soft spot for turtles.
