Welcome our Newest Staff Member, Madisen Davis

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is excited to welcome Madisen Davis to our team as the new Graduate and Career Specialist at Oshkosh North High School.

Madisen joined the Club in August 2026, bringing a strong passion for youth development and helping young people reach their goals. Her interest in working with youth began during college while working at the YMCA Youth Center of La Crosse, where she built meaningful relationships with young people and supported them as they worked toward their goals and aspirations.

Madisen earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Through her studies, she developed a deeper understanding of the challenges facing at-risk youth and the importance of social-emotional learning (SEL) from an early age. In her role at Oshkosh North, Madisen will support students as they navigate their high school years and prepare for their futures. She hopes to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree and becoming a school social worker.

“I love witnessing students’ growth, whether emotional, academic, or personal,” Madisen shared. “Celebrating both the major milestones and the small everyday victories is what makes work so rewarding.”

Madisen believes working with youth is incredibly meaningful because the impact extends beyond helping students in the moment and continues to shape her own perspective and growth. Her favorite words of inspiration reflect that philosophy: “If you happy doing what your doing, then no one can tell you you’re not successful.” – Harry Styles

Something you may not know about Madisen? Youth development runs in her family! She comes from four generations of teachers, many of whom have taught right here in Oshkosh.

We are excited to welcome Madisen to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and look forward to the positive impact she will make as she supports students in reaching their goals and building a successful future.
