Welcome Megan Perri to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team!
Megan joined the team in spring of 2025 as our Director of Character Development. Her role is to provide social and emotional learning (SEL) resources to programs throughout the Club and assist in directing the lower elementary after-school program at our Radford Center. Megan has always had a passion for working with children and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining the Club, she taught 3rd and 5th grade and worked as a substitute teacher. During the summers, she nannied and volunteered for her church’s Vacation Bible School. Megan says her favorite part of working with kids is “forming meaningful connections with them while teaching them how to develop skills for problem-solving, effective communication, and self-expression.” She was drawn to the Boys & Girls Club because of its commitment to empowering youth and helping them build the confidence and skills they need to succeed.
Let’s give Megan a warm welcome!
