Micia Perszyk joined the Club in January 2026 and serves as the Director of Quest Programming. She brings 10 years of experience leading and managing teams, along with four years of specialized training working with youth with high behavioral needs. She has a strong passion for building meaningful connections with elementary and middle-school–aged students and embraces inclusive, empowering behavioral practices. Micia strives to make a healthy, positive impact on everyone around her and is always looking forward to creating exciting, engaging programs that kids will not only enjoy but also learn from.

Micia is the proud parent of a six-year-old daughter and loves spending time with her. Outside of work, you can often find her at a local park or enjoying an iced matcha at a neighborhood coffee shop. If you see her out and about, she loves meeting new people and is excited to become an active part of the Oshkosh community alongside her daughter.
