Sam Schommer joined the Club in February 2026 and serves as the Director of Athletics. He brings 5 years of athletic experience in a variety of roles that include three years of coaching AAU basketball, two years of coaching high school football and two years of performance as a collegiate athlete. He also holds a certification as a mental performance consultant and spent two years contracting with the United States Army to help improve and enhance the performance of soldiers attending basic training. Sam has a strong passion for the development of youth in regards to physical activity, sportsmanship and inclusiveness. Outside of work you will likely find Sam at the gym, walking with his fiancée, Caitlin, and their dog, Molly, or spending some time outdoors fishing.
