Tracy Ogden has been a dedicated member of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team since November 2009, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, a role she assumed in January 2021. She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and has spent more than 25 years working in the nonprofit sector. As CEO, Tracy oversees the strategic planning and operations of the Club, guiding its efforts to fulfill its mission of supporting local youth and families. Over her decade-plus tenure, she has played a vital role in expanding the Club’s impact. Before becoming CEO, Tracy led the Club’s fund development and marketing efforts, successfully growing fundraising events, grant support, the annual campaign, and community visibility, while fostering strong donor relationships. Tracy is also actively engaged at the national level with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. She has contributed to multiple conferences and committees and currently serves as President of The Professional Association, a network of Club professionals from across the country and Vice President of the WI State Alliance.
