The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is excited to announce Kiley Herlihy as our new Director of Mentoring.
Kiley joined the Club in October 2023 and has served in both Assistant and Lead Teacher roles within our CLC after-school programs. Since day one, she has built meaningful relationships with students and created welcoming, supportive spaces where young people feel encouraged to learn, grow, and be themselves. Her passion for youth development and mentorship has continued to shine through her daily work with Club members.
In her new role as Director of Mentoring, Kiley will oversee the middle school teen center program, coordinate mentoring opportunities for youth in grades 6–8, and support the Be Great Graduate mentoring program. She is excited to help students build confidence, create positive connections, and access opportunities that support their personal growth and future success.
Kiley earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, where she developed strong organizational and leadership skills that she now brings into her work at the Club every day. She believes that strong relationships and consistent support can make a lasting impact in the lives of young people and is grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Club community in a deeper way.
“What I love most about my job is working with youth and watching them grow,” Kiley shared. “Seeing their confidence build, their personalities develop, and the progress they make over time is incredibly rewarding.”
Her favorite words of inspiration reflect both resilience and growth:
“Everyone falls down. Getting back up is how you learn to walk.” – Walt Disney
Outside of work, Kiley enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing board and card games, cooking, and working on puzzles.
Please join us in congratulating Kiley on her new role!
