Jenny Nikolai joined the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh Board of Directors in April 2025. Jenny, MBA, FACHE, PMP, is Vice President at ThedaCare, leading efforts to expand accessible, high-quality care in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh. With over 15 years in healthcare, she has held leadership roles at Mayo Clinic, Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin, specializing in strategy, operations and high-impact initiatives. Jenny holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor’s degree from UW-Eau Claire. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified Project Management Professional and has a Six Sigma Green Belt. Committed to community service, Jenny serves on multiple boards, including the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund, Fond du Lac County United Way, Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation and serves on the Fox Valley Technical College Oshkosh Area Advisory Committee. “Deeply passionate about creating positive change in the lives of children”, Jenny is eager to contribute to the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh, helping to provide young people with the resources, education and opportunities they need to thrive. With her experience and dedication, she looks forward to shaping initiatives that empower and uplift the next generation.
