Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh aims to make impactful and lasting change for our community. To help us be the best Club possible, we’d like to hear from you and ask that you please take the time to complete a survey on your Club experience. All replies will remain anonymous unless you would like to submit your email address for additional follow-up by one of our staff members or Club leadership. Survey results will also be shared with our parent organization, Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

We’re fully prepared to listen and stand up for the youth we serve, and will continue to offer an inclusive environment where young people of all races and backgrounds are encouraged to express themselves and feel physically and emotionally safe at all times. We welcome your input and promise to keep the conversation going in order to make our Club, community, and our world a better place for youth today and future generations to follow. This survey will be open through Sunday, August 9th.
