Lindsay Clark has been a valued member of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh team since July 2012. She began her career at the Club as Child Care Director and has since held several leadership roles, including Director of Club Operations and Senior Director of Operations. She now serves as the Club’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality programming and services for youth and families. Before joining the Club, Lindsay spent four years as the director of a childcare center in Oshkosh. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and has been passionate about working with children and families for more than a decade. Lindsay and her husband, Chris, live in Oshkosh with their son, Ayden, and daughter, Mila. She also has a stepdaughter, Samantha, and a stepson, Brandon. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending quality time with her family and connecting with new people.
