Boys & Girls Club Blog

Megan Grayvold joined the team in 2025 as our Director of Character Development. Her role is to provide social and emotional learning (SEL) resources to programs throughout the Club and co-direct the lower elementary after-school program at our Radford Center. Megan has always had a passion for working with children and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to joining the Club, she was a 3rd grade teacher in Arizona. She was drawn to the Boys & Girls Club because of its commitment to empowering youth and helping them build the confidence and skills they need to succeed in life.
