Tracy Ogden has been a dedicated leader at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh since joining the organization in 2009 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, a role she assumed in 2021. With more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Tracy brings a deep commitment to youth development, community engagement, and mission-driven leadership. A graduate of University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh with a degree in Journalism, Tracy has played a key role in expanding the Club’s reach and impact throughout the Oshkosh community. Prior to becoming CEO, she successfully led the organization’s fund development and marketing efforts, growing fundraising events, strengthening grant support, increasing annual campaign success, and elevating community visibility while building lasting donor relationships.

As CEO, Tracy oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the Club, guiding initiatives that support local youth and families and strengthen the organization’s long-term sustainability. Under her leadership, the Club continues to advance its mission of providing a safe, positive, and empowering environment for young people. Tracy is also actively engaged on a national level with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. She has contributed to numerous conferences and committees and currently serves as President of The Professional Association, a nationwide network of Club professionals, as well as President of the Wisconsin State Alliance.
