Tracy joined the Club staff in November 2009. Tracy earned a degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She has worked at local non-profits for the last 15 years and as CEO is
responsible for managing the strategic planning and operation of the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh in support of the organizational mission and goals.
